Internship - Communication Assistant (Content & Social Media)
Duration: 2 months or more
Location: Remote / Home Office (occasional presence possible at events depending on city)

Your Mission:
As an Operations Assistant, you’ll support the event and operations team in organizing Jetlaggers events across Europe. You’ll help coordinate logistics, partnerships, and event execution, ensuring that every Jetlaggers night runs smoothly.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and planning of weekly events (venues, guest lists, logistics, suppliers, etc.)
Support partnerships and collaborations with brands, venues, and DJs
Help create event descriptions, participant lists, and post-event reports
Contribute to the creation of new event concepts and experiences
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English (French, Spanish, or German is a plus)
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Passionate about events, people, and creating memorable experiences
Comfortable using Excel, Notion, and project management tools
A positive team player with problem-solving skills

Your Role as a Jetlaggers Ambassador
As a City Ambassador, you’ll be the face of Jetlaggers in your city – helping us grow a positive, international, and fun community.
You’ll work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure our events and partnerships run smoothly and reflect the Jetlaggers spirit.
Main missions:
- Help identify and secure the best venues and partners in your city (bars, rooftops, hotels, etc.)
- Represent Jetlaggers at local events and make sure everything runs perfectly on-site
- Support community growth by inviting new members and creating a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
- Share feedback and insights from the field to improve the Jetlaggers experience
- Help spread the Jetlaggers vibe on social media and in your local network
You are:
- Fluent in English (French, Spanish, or German is a plus depending on your city)Sociable, dynamic, and positive – the kind of person people naturally connect with
- Organized and reliable, with a hands-on mindset
