B. TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: July 2026
1. ABOUT JETLAGGERS
Jetlaggers is a community and event brand operated by APÉROS FRENCHIES FRANCE, a French société à responsabilité limitée (SARL), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 848 163 424.
Registered office:
10 rue de Penthièvre
75008 Paris
France
Contact: info@jetlaggersclub.com
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Jetlaggers website and, where applicable, to tickets, event registrations, memberships and services purchased from Jetlaggers.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By creating an account, registering for an event, purchasing a ticket or membership or otherwise using a Jetlaggers service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Specific information displayed on an event, ticket, membership or product page may supplement these Terms & Conditions.
Mandatory consumer protection laws remain applicable.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Unless expressly stated otherwise, attendees must be at least 18 years old to attend Jetlaggers events.
Certain events may be designed for a particular audience, age range or format.
Eligibility criteria may be specified on the relevant event page.
4. EVENT REGISTRATION AND TICKETS
Registration may be required to attend a Jetlaggers event.
A registration or ticket is valid only for the person for whom it was issued unless a transfer is expressly authorised by Jetlaggers.
Jetlaggers may request proof of registration or identity at the entrance to an event.
Access may be refused where:
- the attendee cannot provide valid registration information;
- the event is at capacity;
- the attendee does not meet clearly stated event eligibility requirements;
- the attendee’s behaviour creates a safety or serious community concern; or
- access is otherwise restricted by the venue or applicable law.
5. EVENT CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Event details, including venue, programme, schedule or format, may occasionally change for operational reasons, safety reasons or circumstances beyond Jetlaggers’ reasonable control.
Where a significant change occurs, Jetlaggers will make reasonable efforts to inform registered attendees.
If an event is cancelled by Jetlaggers, the provisions set out in Section 6 below will apply.
6. PAID TICKETS, CANCELLATIONS AND CREDITS
Except where otherwise expressly stated or required by applicable law, paid tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets purchased for Jetlaggers events taking place on a specific date or during a specific period are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal where the exception applicable to leisure activities under French consumer law applies.
If an attendee can no longer attend an event, Jetlaggers may, on an exceptional basis and at its sole discretion, issue a reusable coupon or website credit corresponding to all or part of the value of the ticket.
Any coupon or credit issued may be used towards an eligible future purchase on the Jetlaggers website, subject to the conditions and validity period communicated at the time of issue.
Coupons and website credits are not redeemable for cash and do not entitle the holder to a monetary refund.
The issuance of a coupon or credit is a commercial gesture and does not create an automatic right to a credit, exchange or refund for future purchases.
If an event is cancelled by Jetlaggers, affected paid ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid, unless the ticket holder expressly agrees to an alternative solution such as a rescheduled event or website credit.
This policy does not affect any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
7. NO-SHOW POLICY
If you register for a Jetlaggers event and can no longer attend, you must cancel your registration or inform Jetlaggers in advance where a cancellation option is available.
A no-show occurs when a registered attendee does not attend an event and has not cancelled their registration or informed Jetlaggers in advance.
Repeated no-shows negatively affect event organisation and may prevent other members of the community from attending limited-capacity events.
After three (3) no-shows without prior cancellation or notice, Jetlaggers reserves the right to temporarily suspend or deactivate the attendee’s Jetlaggers account and/or restrict access to future event registrations.
Jetlaggers may review individual circumstances and reserves the right to reinstate an account at its discretion.
This no-show policy applies to free registrations and, where relevant, to event access included as part of a Jetlaggers membership.
The suspension or deactivation of an account due to repeated no-shows does not entitle the attendee to compensation or reimbursement, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
8. COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Jetlaggers aims to provide a welcoming and respectful environment.
Attendees must behave respectfully towards other attendees, venue staff, partners and the Jetlaggers team.
Harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, intimidation, unwanted persistent behaviour or seriously disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
Jetlaggers may refuse entry or remove an attendee from an event where reasonably necessary to protect attendees, staff, partners or the event environment.
Serious or repeated misconduct may result in suspension or deactivation of a Jetlaggers account.
Where access is refused or an attendee is removed due to serious misconduct attributable to the attendee, no refund will be due except where required by applicable law.
10. PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
Photographers or videographers may be present at certain Jetlaggers events.
Photographs and videos may be used for Jetlaggers’ editorial and promotional communications, including the Jetlaggers website, social media channels and communication materials, subject to applicable image and privacy rights.
Where photography or filming is planned, attendees may be informed through event information, signage or other appropriate means.
If you do not wish to be prominently photographed or filmed, please inform a member of the Jetlaggers team or the photographer at the event.
Requests relating to published content may be sent to info@jetlaggersclub.com.
11. JETLAGGERS PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP
Jetlaggers may offer a recurring Premium Membership.
The current price, billing frequency and included benefits are displayed on the relevant membership purchase page at the time of subscription.
Premium benefits may include, depending on the current offer:
- free access to selected Jetlaggers events;
- guest benefits for eligible events;
- a welcome drink at selected events and subject to the conditions or time stated for the relevant event;
- fast-track or priority entry arrangements;
- access to selected ULTRA events or capsules;
- discounts on selected dating events or workshops; and
- access to a Premium community or communication channel.
Benefits may vary depending on the city, venue, event capacity and event format.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Premium Membership does not guarantee admission to sold-out or capacity-limited events where prior registration is required.
12. PREMIUM BILLING AND CANCELLATION
Premium Membership is billed on a recurring basis at the price and frequency displayed at the time of subscription.
The applicable amount is charged through the payment method associated with the subscription.
Members may cancel their recurring subscription through the cancellation method made available by Jetlaggers or by contacting info@jetlaggersclub.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, amounts already charged for a current billing period are not refunded solely because the member chooses to cancel during that billing period.
Premium benefits remain available until the end of the paid billing period unless the account is suspended for serious misuse or misconduct.
13. CHANGES TO PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP
Jetlaggers may update Premium benefits, event eligibility or membership features as the service evolves.
Material changes affecting an active paid membership will be communicated within a reasonable period where required.
Any price change affecting future recurring payments will be communicated before it applies.
Members retain any mandatory cancellation rights available under applicable law.
14. PAYMENTS
Payments may be processed by independent payment service providers.
Jetlaggers does not directly store complete payment card information.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Jetlaggers name, brand identity, website content, photographs, videos, graphics, texts and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited
